Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping & Returns: 

At Immaculate Car, we do our best to make sure that our products' descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they're ordering.

Delivery Costs: 

All orders placed on our site have a fixed delivery charge of 4.90 £ GBP.
For orders over 50 £ GBP delivery is free.
- Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal details on the payment page.
All our orders have a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. It will then take between 5 and 7 working days for your item to arrive at your home. In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our parcels circulate with the Post Office, we do not work with relay points.

Order Cancellation Policy :

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@immaculatecar.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of the items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is, therefore, imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can try to cancel your order before the end of that period, i.e. before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request for cancellation of your order will be accepted for consideration if it has already been processed.

Address error :

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to give us a precise address modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect shipping information instructions. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, addresses incomplete...).

In these last cases, these parcels can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or we will propose a re-shipment, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for re-shipment or refund of your order as long as your package has not been received by the sender.

Return Policy :

We accept returns* for all reasons! Even you are dissatisfied or you have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address that we will let you know of when you contact our support.
